Good morning Ladies and Gentlemen.

Before I start let me introduce myself.

My name is Dona Rema all my friends called me Eyma.

I was from the London school of public relations Jakarta majoring Mass-Communication.

Today I want to talk about what I want to be.

In the real life I want to be a singer.

The reason why I choose as a singer to be my career it’s because I love n like singing very much. N I think it’s because from generation to the generation too. My mom is a singer when she was an adult in her country. She’s still singing. But not in the public anymore.

I like singing since I was a 2 years old. I always was singing in front of the mirror with the towel and a little bottle of a perfume.

For my imagination the towel is like a stage and the perfume is like a microphone. Then I sing my favorite song that time. The song is “The end of the world” from Skitter Davies.

And also I sing with my own style and my own choreography.

And now, I still want to be a singer.

Singing is my life.

I know that being a singer is hard work. Must know how to sing is only a part of it. I need to follow my heart when I sing the song.

So I must practice, practice, and practice vocalizing.

Anytime and anywhere. Maybe in the shower, in my car, or join to the vocal course.

Actually I take a vocal course in Purwacaraka but no longer. But I’m still join in the choir club at my campus.

I will never get better if I don’t practice, and always remember that practice makes perfect.

And when I singing, I must to sing just be my self and with my own voice. It will help me to create an honest performance when it’s time to show off my voice. And of course I must find the joy in singing.

The Theory of Organization

Organization is as a network of interdependent relationships. Everybody can focus with people who actually do the relating or everybody can focus on how the various relationships contribute to complete the organization. These three ways of examining organizational relationships represent the real meaning of the three major schools of organizational thought and theory, which are:

>> The classical school.

>> The human relations school.

>> The social systems school.

The classical theory of organization asks such as questions. For the example: “How is the work divided?”, “How is the labor force divided?”, “How is the labor force divided?”

The human relations school of thought studies work with groups of people and asks such questions as the following: “What roles do people assume in the organization?”, “What are the moral and attitude s of the people?”

The last school of thought was concerned with social systems and emphasizes the relationship of the parts to the whole organization. The questions usually asked by this approach are these: “What are the key parts of the organization?”, “How do they relate interdependently to each other?”, etc.

>> The Classical School

The classical theory of organization is not concerned with people but is concerned almost entirely with the design and structure of organizations. The classical theory was develop from the scientific management movement in which was described as a rational, economic being who can be the best motivated to work by such techniques as piecework systems, bonus systems, time and motion studies, and cost figuring systems.

The other example of scientific management in practice concerns the manager of an all employees to time their interviews with clients, record the number of minutes involved in clerical work, and calculate the average length of an interview and average time involved in written work.

Dalam konferensi pers pada hari minggu/ pukul 02.30 dini hari/Kapuspenkum mengatakan ketiganya sudah diautopsi dan telah dinyatakan meninggal dunia//jenazah sudah diserahkan dan dimandikan oleh pihak keluarga//

Jenazah terpidana mati bom Bali I Imam Samudra dimakamkan di Tempat Pemakaman Umum Lopang Gede/Serang Banten/pada minggu siang waktu setempat// Sementara itu di Lamongan/pemakaman jenazah Amrozi dan Ali Gufron alias Muchlas juga sudah dipersiapkan di TPU Tenggulun//

Kebakaran yang terjadi pada jum’at malam 10 oktober/di Rukun Warga 17 Muara Baru/Penjaringan Jakarta Utara/ menyebabkan 2.500 jiwa dari sekitar 500 kepala keluarga kehilangan tempat tinggal//Api merambat dengan cepat/karena lokasi kebakaran merupakan kawasan padat penduduk/dan bangunan umumnya terbuat dari bahan yang mudah terbakar// Dua puluh delapan unit mobil pemadam kebakaran/dibantu warga hingga dini hari tadi harus bekerja keras memadamkan api//Namun kuatnya hembusan angin membuat api sulit dipadamkan//

Hingga kini/senin 13 oktober//Ratusan korban kebakaran/terpaksa mengungsi di sejumlah gudang dan pinggir jalan//Tenda darurat di lokasi bekas kebakaran tidak mampu menampung besarnya jumlah korban// Dugaan sementara kebakaran terjadi akibat hubungan pendek arus listrik//Menurut warga kebakaran ini merupakan yang ketiga kalinya di lokasi yang sama//

Kondisi pengungsi korban longsor dan banjir yang ditampung di posko Girimukti Campaka Cianjur Jawa Barat/Semakin mengkhawatirkan//Pasalnya/wabah muntaber sudah menyerang sejumlah pengungsi//Tim medis yang berada di posko pengungsi secara intensif memberikan bantuan//Namun/sejumlah pengungsi terkena muntaber//Salah seorang warga dirujuk ke Rumah Sakit Umum Cianjur/karena kondisinya mengkhawatirkan//

Hingga Rabu malam/9 November/kondisi cuaca di lokasi pengungsian semakin tidak menentu dan sanitasi sangat tidak memadai// Kondisi ini mengakibatkan kesehatan ratusan pengungsi semakin menurun//Namun Dalam waktu yang sangat singkat/yakni 2 jam saja ratusan pengungsi memperoleh bantuan dari tim medis relawan//

Padatnya Kendaraan di Jalur Pantura

Pada hari ini merupakan puncak arus mudik di Jalur Pantura// Kemacetan terjadi disepanjang jalur tol Plumbon yang menuju kearah Kanci// dibutuhkannya waktu sekitar 4 hingga 5 jam untuk mencapai pintu keluar tol Kanci// Kepadatan sudah mulai terasa dititik Indramayu sampai masuk ke pintu tol Plumbon// Kepadatan ini selain dikarenakan adanya bottle neck atau penyempitan jalan di jalur saat masuk pintu tol Plumbon/ juga karena adanya pemisahan jalur antara jalur mobil dan motor// Pemisahan jalan ini membuat pengemudi bermotor bingung karena motor yang berada di jalur sebelah kiri harus segera mengalihkan kendaraannya ke jalur sebelah kanan// Kemacetan ini sebenarnya sudah terjadi sejak tadi malam hingga berlanjut pada siang hari ini// Walaupun Jasa marga sudah membuka 6 gerbang tol keluar Kanci/ Namun kemacetan tetap tidak terhindarkan karena keluar pintu tol Kanci terdapatnya bottle neck dari sekitar 6 jalur menjadi 2 jalur dan kepadatan ini berlanjut sampai ke jalan yang menuju arah Tegal// Kepadatan ini selain dikarenakan banyaknya arus kendaraan yang lewat terutama kendaraan pribadi// untuk itu terakhir kami ingatkan bahwa/ suasana di jalur Pantura sangatlah panas// sehingga dikhawatirkannya akan mengganggu konsentrasi para pengemudi terutama pengemudi motor// diharapkanlah untuk berhati-hati/ tetap waspada/ dan jaga kondisi anda sebaik-baiknya//
