Good morning Ladies and Gentlemen.

Before I start let me introduce myself.

My name is Dona Rema all my friends called me Eyma.

I was from the London school of public relations Jakarta majoring Mass-Communication.

Today I want to talk about what I want to be.

In the real life I want to be a singer.

The reason why I choose as a singer to be my career it’s because I love n like singing very much. N I think it’s because from generation to the generation too. My mom is a singer when she was an adult in her country. She’s still singing. But not in the public anymore.

I like singing since I was a 2 years old. I always was singing in front of the mirror with the towel and a little bottle of a perfume.

For my imagination the towel is like a stage and the perfume is like a microphone. Then I sing my favorite song that time. The song is “The end of the world” from Skitter Davies.

And also I sing with my own style and my own choreography.

And now, I still want to be a singer.

Singing is my life.

I know that being a singer is hard work. Must know how to sing is only a part of it. I need to follow my heart when I sing the song.

So I must practice, practice, and practice vocalizing.

Anytime and anywhere. Maybe in the shower, in my car, or join to the vocal course.

Actually I take a vocal course in Purwacaraka but no longer. But I’m still join in the choir club at my campus.

I will never get better if I don’t practice, and always remember that practice makes perfect.

And when I singing, I must to sing just be my self and with my own voice. It will help me to create an honest performance when it’s time to show off my voice. And of course I must find the joy in singing.
